8 Souvenir Shops You Won’t Want To Miss In Busan
Looking for Busan-themed souvenirs, or unique pieces of memories to bring back for your friends, family, or just for yourself?
Follow me to 8 souvenir shops I swear by and that you shouldn’t miss if you’re planning a visit to Busan!
Save it for later!
Don’t worry, I won’t ask you to travel through the entire city, as the souvenir shops can actually be found in two of my favorite neighborhoods: Jung-gu district and Gwangalli.
Jung-gu
Jung-gu is the district I keep returning to whenever I’m in Busan, thanks to its extensive list of delicious restaurants, street food, and its variety of affordable stores.
Not to mention these two souvenir shops I’m about to introduce to you!
1. Nemone (네모네)

Address: 4th floor Lotte Department Store Gwangbok Branch Aqua Mall, 2 Jungang-daero, Jung-gu, Busan
Opening hours: 10:30-21:00 every day
How to get there: exit 8 or 10 of Nampo station
Instagram: @nemone_official
If you’re already around Nampo for shopping or food, then a visit to this cute little store won’t hurt. Located right inside the Lotte Department Store, the shop offers a mix of lifestyle accessories, trendy characters, stickers, and above all, unique and beautiful Korean souvenirs as well as handmade crafts by small creators.

What’s also great is the fact that the inventory is constantly changing, so you won’t find the same trinkets if you come back a few months or even a year later.
But of course, that also means you shouldn’t second guess like I usually do. Pull out your wallet as soon as you see something you like, just in case it’s gone by the time you visit again.
⁎ Pro tip: Jung-gu is a real treasure trove for souvenirs. Head to the alleys around Gukje Market, get lost, and look for your favorite souvenirs.
2. Wappen House (와펜하우스)

Address: 46-1 Gwangbok-ro, Jung-gu, Busan & 27, Gunam-ro 41beon-gil, Haeundae-gu, Busan
Opening hours: 10:00-23:00 every day
How to get there: 11-minute walk from exit 7 of Jagalchi station
Keychains and pins are some of my favorite souvenirs to buy because I can easily clip them onto my backpack. I kind of have a pin for every country I’ve visited (that’s my thing), as they don’t take up any space, and can really represent a place.
Wappen House has taken the idea even further by taking souvenir customization to another level. You can buy a lanyard, a small bag, a pouch, a keychain, or a tote bag, and let your creativity run wild to create your own special memory.
And if you’re worried you won’t find the patch you want (which probably won’t happen, since they have over a hundred available), you can also ask them to embroider a few words instead, or combine a patch with text.
The process is also very simple:
- choose your product
- choose your embroidered patches
- place them however you want on your bag or whatever product you chose
- hand it to the staff
They’ll then use a heated press to make your beautiful souvenir!
Note: they also have a shop in Haeundae if Nampo is too far for you!
Gwangalli
Gwangalli quickly became my favorite area for shopping after my last visit to Busan, especially for souvenirs, as the neighborhood has quite a few souvenir shops spread out within a small radius, making it even easier to spend the afternoon shopping.
3. Love is Giving – Heart Bear (러브이즈기빙)

Address: 51 Gwangan-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan & 73 Dongcheon-ro, Busanjin-gu, Busan
Opening hours: 11:30-20:00 (21:00 on Fridays & 23:00 on Saturdays)
How to get there: 10-minute walk from exit 3 of Gwangan station
Instagram: @loveisgiving_heartbear
From scrunchies and other pretty accessories to handmade bear-themed souvenirs, as well as Busan t-shirts and other trinkets, this is the perfect shop if you’re looking for something affordable, cute, and unique.
Sometimes, a simple gesture that shows how much you care about someone is enough, and I’m pretty sure this shop truly understands and embodies that spirit.
So if, like me, you love everything bear-related and melt at the sight of anything cute, this store is for you.
Note: they have two stores in the city, but the one in Seomyeon is actually self-service.
4. Orange Bada (오랜지바다)
Address: 245-1 Gwangan Beach-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan
Opening hours: 12:00-22:00 every day
How to get there: 14-minute walk from exit 3 of Gwangan station
Instagram: @orangebada_pus
If you’re the type of traveler who loves to bring back postcards from all over the word, then you shouldn’t miss Orange Bada. Their display isn’t only well furnished, it’s packed with postcards you certainly won’t find anywhere else.
The shop is particularly well-stocked with souvenirs around Busan, Gwangalli, and, more generally, the sea (which is quite fitting since “bada” means sea, ocean).
But what makes Orange Bada even more special is the number of various handmade crafts: ceramics, hand-painted magnets, and much more await you here.
A craft shop offering beautiful souvenirs: a must-visit address in Busan!
5. Etoile (에뚜알)

Address: 27-4 Gwangan-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan
Opening hours: 11:00-19:00 every day
How to get there: 6-minute walk from exit 3 of Gwangan station
Instagram: @etoile_flower_byule
Remember what I said earlier about pin lovers? Well, if you’re one of them, the moment you walk into Etoile, you’ll be in pin paradise.
From you favorite childhood cartoon characters (depending on your age and generation, of course) to truly original and fun pins, you’ll find everything you need to customize your bag.
They even have a Harry Potter section, a K-pop section, and some funny toys.
The particularity of the place? It’s also a flower shop, selling real ones, as well as knitted ones, which are just as pretty and will last forever. Create your own bouquet and take home a colorful little piece of Busan with you!
6. Matatabi (마타타비)
Address: 26 Gwangan-ro 41beon-gil, Suyeong-gu, Busan
Opening hours: 12:00-19:00 every day (closed on Mondays)
How to get there: 9-minute walk from exit 3 of Gwangan station
Instagram: @mata_tabi.cat
We’ve talked about bears, pins, and Harry Potter, but what about cats?
Cat lovers, here’s a souvenir shop just for you: Matatabi! Filled with fluffy plush cats, cat-themed postcards, keychains, and much more, this is the place to be if you can’t get enough of your furry little friends.
Oh, and if you love Japanese-style accessories or Ghibli films, it might be a good idea to run to Matatabi, because they’ve quite a collection of souvenirs on these themes too.
A little taste of Japan in Busan: welcome to Matatabi!
7. Pretty Whale Gift Shop (고래서이뻐)

Address: 1 Gwangan-ro 49beon-gil, Suyeong-gu, Busan & Gunam-ro, Haeundae-gu, Busan
Opening hours: 11:00-20:00 (weekdays) & 10:00-22:00 (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays)
How to get there: 9-minute walk from exit 3 of Gwangan station
Instagram: @pretty_whale.shop
Since we’re in Busan, it would be a bit of a shame not to bring back a memento that reminds you of the salt sea air and blue sea.
And that’s where Pretty Whale Gift Shop comes into play or as like I like to call it: the perfect place for ocean lovers.

Between its melodious carillons that evoke summer, shell-shaped gifts, other sea-themed accessories, and, of course, Korean souvenirs, it’s no wonder this shop effortlessly made the list.
8. Yeoga Geoga Gwangalli (여가 거가 광안리)

Address: 219, Gwangan Beach-ro, Suyeong-gu, Busan
Opening hours: 10:00-22:00 (weekdays) & 10:00-23:00 (weekends)
How to get there: 14-minute walk from exit 3 of Gwangan station
Instagram: @busan.souvenir
There’s probably no larger Busan-themed souvenirs shop in the city. From Boogi, the seagull mascot of Busan, to postcards, stickers, and even coffee and caramels, everything in this shop screams Busan, to my great pleasure, of course.
So if you’re really looking for something to remember the city by, I’d say you can’t go wrong at Yeoga Geoga Gwangalli!
